Thank you to the businesses, airlines, colleges and organizations who are joining us at this event. Event is hosted in the Showplex, Washington State Fairgrounds, Puyallup, WA. Directions available here.
All attendees must pre-register to participate.Registration ($35/ until JAN 1 - after $45) includes lunch FRI as well as attendance to the NW Aviation Conference SAT & SUN.
There is a 50% refund available until 1/15/2019 and no refund after this date.
Please indicated airlines you are interested in visiting with. Be sure to check in at the event with the WAA volunteers.
Registration Procedure:
1. Register online with credit card (this page) complete necessary field and include TT/PIC/Cell if airline pilot
2. We will send a reminder that you are registered by email two weeks prior to the event.
3. When you arrive (after 8:00 AM), check in to receive badge and packet.
4. Attend seminars and visit exhibitors! Enjoy the catered lunch. If you are meeting with airlines, they will contact you directly by text during the day to invite you to the one-on-one. THERE ARE NO RESERVED "TIME SLOTS" – we notify the airlines after you are on site and they contact you by text.
