WAA produces a full color publication, ON COURSE, that is direct mailed to 10,000 pilots and aircraft owners three weeks prior to the event as well as handed FREE to each attendee at the gate.
With the success of the Business and Career Forum in 2013, the Washington Aviation Association and partnering aviation groups have identified a need for additional outreach into the aviation community. The collaboration will add education events, aviation scholarships and a tri-annually published ON COURSE magazine. ON COURSE will be published in October 2013 showcasing aviation updates, stories, services and be distributed to educational facilities, pilots and businesses in the Northwest! Booth are 10’ X 10’. Draped back is 8’ high; sides are 3’ between booths. Each booth includes 8’ draped table & two chairs. Electricity available at each booth. Internet available upon request. Booth layout map
The NWACTS is held in the Showplex Conference Center at the Washington State Fair Events Center in Puyallup, WA. Puyallup is located near I-5, between Tacoma and SEATAC airport. SEATAC is the nearest large airport. more

Seminars are presented in the conference area throughout the open hours.The Showplex facility has five fully equipped seminar rooms each accommodating up to 250 attendees.
Show Set Up:
Exhibitors are welcome to set up their displays from 2:00- 8:00 pm, Friday and from 8:00 am until 8:45 am, Saturday. Tear down follows show close on Sunday.
The event is required by the Department of Revenue to collect UBI numbers from EVERY exhibitor selling goods at the event. If you do not have a Washington UBI number and will exhibit in WA two (2) or less times per year, than call DOR at 1-866-248-1287 to receive number over the phone. Fax to 360-868-2211.
