Booth Information
Each standard booth is 10’ X 10’. Draped back is 8’ high; sides are 3’ between booths. Each booth includes 8’ draped table & two chairs. Electricity is available at each booth. Internet available upon request. Booth layout map

Decorator Forms & Information:
Additional lighting, decorating, furniture, carpet and signage are available from the decorator service. Exhibitors will receive a furnishings reservation form in exhibitor package. Decorator personnel will also be on site during set up.

Conference Schedule:
Seminars are presented in the conference area throughout the open hours. The entrance and food court area in relationship to the seminar area allows for plenty of exhibit area flow through traffic throughout the day.The Showplex facility has five fully equipped seminar rooms each accommodating up to 250 attendees. Presentations range from product and safety seminars to keynote presentations.

Show Set Up:
Exhibitors are welcome to set up their displays from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, February 24 and from 8:00 am until 8:45 am on Saturday morning. Tear down follows show close on Sunday until midnight.

Location:
The NWACTS is held in the Showplex Conference Center at the Western Washington Fairgrounds in Puyallup, WA. Puyallup is located near I-5, between Tacoma and SEATAC airport. The nearest GA airport is Pierce County (1S0), located about seven miles away. SEATAC is the nearest large airport. Information on driving and area amenities can be obtained here. more

Advertising:
The event produces a 48 page CMYK gloss program that is distributed free of charge to all participants. Provide your own ad copy or we can produce professional ads for your company free of charge. Call for details.

UBI Information
The event is required by the Deprtment of Revenue to collect UBI numbers from EVERY exhibitor selling goods at the event. If you are exhibiting and VENDING any items, please complete the attached form and fax or email to the event.
If you do not have a Washington UBI number and will exhibit in WA two (2) or less times per year, than please call DOR at 1-866-248-1287 to receive a FREE number over the phone.
