Welcome to the 38th Annual Northwest aviation event
The Northwest Aviation Conference & Trade Show, February 20-21, 2021 is an opportunity to support the aviation industry while gaining exposure with aircraft owners and pilots.
October 2020 Update -- Our thanks goes out to all the amazing aviation businesses who have supported the Conference for more than three decades. We are closely watching developments on the COVID-19 pandemic and how it affects hosting the annual Conference and Trade Show. We are still planning to host a live event in Puyallup in February 2021 with some changes anticipated to seminar and exhibit layout adhering to Washington State requirements and industry recommendations. We are also exploring a a hybrid version of the event to see if it helps fit our annual netwoking needs.

Show Set Up:
Set up available to exhibitors 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM FRI and from 8:00 AM - 8:45AM SAT. Please check in at info booth for badges. Tear down follows show close at 4:00 PM on SUN. Helicopter Landings/take-off receive ground priority.
Booth are 10’ X 10’. Draped back is 8’ high; sides are 3’ between booths. Booth includes one 8’ draped table,two chairs, two exhibitor badges (additional $10/each)
